QA- Quality Assurance:  is the activity of providing, to all concerned, the evidence needed to establish confidence that the quality function is being performed adequately. Some methods of providing quality assurance is through audits, test results, usage reports and analysis of returns.

100% inspection - normally at the end of the sewing lines - (Statistical Quality Control) will be carried out where the defects found exceed the acceptable level.

AQL: Acceptable Quality Level - is the percentage of defective units that is acceptable for the produce being audited. 2.5% is typical for WIP; work in progress - 2.5% - 4.0% for finished goods based on and agreed with the customer and value of the product. This will cover carton contents, quality and labeling accuracy.
AQL team is individual team as it is not attached to any factory, they do Pre-final and final inspections before the shipments.

Each and every factory we have got quality manager /QC in-charge /QC supervisors, but  New world fashion set up AQL team to work Independently to provide high quality garments for our valuable customers as well to assure New world fashion group quality standard.

 Our group AQL level standard is 2.5 for all the customers.
