All first samples are made in our pattern and sample rooms in Vietnam, both in the North and the South. The design team have daily communication with the sample rooms via video conferencing to discuss the development of samples.
 
Our current sample capacity is on average 100 garments per week across various styles. All samples are over seen by our sample room managers, merchandisers and checked by M&S trained quality teams to achieve good first buying samples that represent production.
 
Our sample rooms are attached to our factories this ensures that we do not loose time on transferring style information from any independent sample rooms.
