On the occasion of celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, on the afternoon of October 19, 2023, with the approval of the leadership team of New World Fashion Group, the Trade Union Executive Committee, in collaboration with the leadership of the factories, organized a ‘Teambuilding for Unity’ event to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day for all employees at Nga Hai Stadium, Kim Son, Ninh Binh.
The sports festival is a healthy playground for employees to interact, learn from each other, and strengthen the unity among different departments. It promotes the development of sports and physical fitness activities within the company, contributing to the improvement of employees’ health.
During the previous week, banners and slogans hung throughout the company’s premises, creating an enthusiastic and exciting atmosphere, aimed at motivating employees and workers to work diligently and increase labor productivity in anticipation of the upcoming sports festival.
All employees are eagerly looking forward to the Team Building activities taking place.
The sports festival celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day is even more exciting and meaningful as it is organized on a highly professional scale.
The leadership team and the factories have collaborated with VietTravel to organize a ‘Team Building for Unity’ event with many engaging and practical experiential activities. The prize structure for the participating teams is very attractive: 2 First Prizes – 3 million VND, 2 Second Prizes – 2 million VND, 2 Third Prizes – 1 million VND, and many other encouraging prizes.
Specially, participating in the ‘Team Building for Unity’ event are the Company’s Leadership Team, the Labor Union of Kim Son District, and all employees from the factories.
The program began with an energetic opening performance by the Victoria dance troupe.

To encourage and uplift the spirits of all women on the occasion of October 20, the Company’s Leadership and the Labor Union of Kim Son District sent beautiful bouquets of flowers along with their best wishes to all the women.
As we moved into the main activities of the sports festival, all employees were divided into small teams, each wearing a distinctive color-coded jersey. They gathered in the Teambuilding area to kick off the program.
All team members joined in Mini Games that bridged the gap and generated lots of laughter, bringing employees closer together.
Each team expressed their personality through various activities: selecting team captains to lead their teams, enthusiastically chanting slogans to demonstrate their determination, and dancing together in their team’s style to lively music, warming up their bodies and strengthening their bonds of camaraderie.
After the warm-up activities, the teams participated in the ‘Teaming Up’ game, which was full of unity. In this game, team members supported each other by passing water to their teammates. The goal was to drink all the water as quickly as possible without getting wet and without wasting any water. The team that accomplished this task emerged as the victorious team.
This activity showcased the cleverness of team members and their spirit of unity, highlighting the seamless coordination and collaboration among team members.
At this point, all barriers had melted away, and everyone was incredibly united and enthusiastic in participating in the games.
The ‘Acceleration’ segment with the ‘Lightning Step’ game demanded a high level of focus, agility, and teamwork from the participants, much like the dedication required in their work to achieve the set goals.
With enthusiastic cheers from their teammates, the participating teams gave their all in the games. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and spirited cheers.
The ‘Throw the Ball into the Basket’ game posed a greater challenge, requiring finesse, unity, and determination from the larger teams. The basket was positioned high above with a small opening, making it more difficult to score, but this didn’t deter the teams. Everyone was highly focused and competitive, striving to get as many balls into the basket as possible.
The competition became increasingly dynamic and intense with games that were more challenging and physically demanding. The ‘Steam Mountain – Relay Game’ was a flag-capturing challenge between the teams. In a 5-minute time frame, the team that managed to plant the most flags on the highest peak of the ‘mountain’ would emerge as the winner.
Upon finishing the ‘Steam Mountain – Relay Game,’ it appeared that all the teams were exhausted. They gathered to rest and listen to the scores from each stage of the race.
Despite being physically tired, the spirit of all the team members remained enthusiastic and excited.
The final station of the ‘Team Building for Unity’ program had arrived. Each team would select their strongest and most enduring warriors to participate in the final race to the finish line.
The team’s victory is the result of the contributions of all individuals, transcending personal limits to elevate the collective to the peak of success.
As the gaming activities came to a close, everyone sat down to rest and relax. They massaged their teammates and anxiously listened to the final results.
The program’s conclusion involved honoring the winning team and presenting prizes.
The sports festival has come to a close, but its resonance lingers strongly within each member of the company. The company’s leadership hopes that through these Team Building activities, all employees and workers will gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture, take pride in the dynamic and friendly working environment, and strengthen their bonds with colleagues. This event will transform the joy of the festival into a spirit of enthusiastic work.
