London Business Park Facilitates Labor Recruitment Collaboration with Local Authorities

On August 19, 2024, London Business Park (LBP) had the pleasure of hosting a delegation of officials from the People’s Committees of Thuy Lien, Thuy Van, Thuy Binh, Thuy Trinh, Duong Phuc, Duong Hong Thuy communes, Diem Dien town, and relevant labor, war invalids, and social affairs officials from these localities. The purpose of the visit was to tour the factory facilities and discuss labor recruitment efforts within LBP.

During the visit, the delegation expressed their admiration for LBP’s modern, European-standard infrastructure and commended the park and its secondary investors for creating a significant number of job opportunities for local residents. In a constructive and open dialogue, the delegation listened attentively to the challenges faced by LBP and secondary investors in recruiting local labor. Both LBP and the delegation agreed to implement necessary measures to support recruitment efforts through local officials and networks. The delegation pledged to create the most favorable conditions for LBP and secondary investors to recruit sufficient workers, ensuring the smooth operation of projects within LBP.

Following the meeting with the delegation from the People’s Committees of the communes and towns in Thai Binh province, LBP promptly organized a meeting with representatives of secondary investors within the park to implement the agreed-upon labor recruitment plans. The aim was to assist clients in recruiting a skilled workforce in the shortest possible time.

This series of activities demonstrates LBP’s commitment to supporting its clients throughout the entire project implementation process, including investment consulting, tax advice, and labor recruitment. These efforts underscore LBP’s reputation as a reliable investment destination for foreign investors.
