From the commencement of development, you’ll be assigned a Client Account Manager. The client team are here to ensure a smooth transition from introduction, to initial concept, through sampling & development and ultimately into production

Design

We have the London-based design team work on individual customer accounts as well as trend led showrooms of which consist of suits, coats, shirts, blouses and embellishments. Our fashion designers constantly research the latest trends and innovations by shopping fashion markets worldwide, as well as using the latest trend forecasting companies, and retain an eye on emerging street trends to bring our customers the latest ‘winners.’

Sampling

All prototypes are made in our pattern and sample rooms based in North. Everyday, the design teams work closely with our sample teams to ensure samples are executed perfectly, first time. Our current sample capacity averages 100 garments per week across all product types. All samples are over – seen by our sample room managers and merchandisers, and checked by our M&S trained quality teams to achieve the best development samples. The sample facilities are attached to our factories, ensuring speed and accuracy throughout the development process.

Manufacturing

We manufacturer exquisite garments. Our factories are state of the art, with continuous investment every year to improve quality of our garments whilst being as efficient and as flexible and possible.

Then we fit the samples whereby we are able to send you to fit or come to our office. Our specialist fabric and garment technicians oversee the quality at every stage. Once you have approved the first garments, they send the technical specifications to our factories.
